Remote Support
In order to support you, Facewatch will provide you a 6 digit code. This will allow to download our remote support applet and initiate a remote session. NOTE LogMeIn Rescue is the only remote access software that Facewatch uses, if you receive any requests purporting to be from Facewatch to download other 3rd party remote support software, please refuse access to them, as Facewatch will never ask you to do this.
Instructions
- Enter 6-digit Code
- LMIRescue Applet will begin downloading
- Open downloads and launch the applet
- Allow technician to access your computer
